Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions

Applies to: The BMX Centre Black Friday & Cyber Monday Campaign

 

1. Eligibility

  • The Black Friday Campaign is open to all customers, with the following exceptions:
    • Customers who have existing pre-orders with The BMX Centre.
    • Customers who have items on lay-by with The BMX Centre.
  • Please understand that stock for all bikes, parts, gear, apparel and more is limited and your purchase through the BMX Centre has secure stock allocated to your order.

2. Pre-Orders and Lay-Bys

  • Customers with active pre-orders or lay-by arrangements with The BMX Centre are not eligible to cancel these existing arrangements to repurchase the same items at discounted Black Friday campaign prices.
  • Pre-orders and lay-bys are subject to the prices and terms agreed upon at the time of initial purchase and are therefore ineligible for Black Friday discounts or adjustments.
  • Any refunds or exchanges during the Black Friday Sale campaign will incur a 10% ordering and holding fee, without the ability for repurchase.

3. Non-Refundable Policy for Pre-Orders and Lay-Bys

  • Customers with existing pre-orders or lay-bys agree that these purchases are non-refundable for the purpose of repurchasing at the discounted campaign price.
  • Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the standard returns policy (e.g., in the event of a defective product), and not for the purpose of taking advantage of Black Friday discounts.

4. Discount Application

  • Black Friday discounts apply only to new purchases made during the campaign period, subject to product availability.
  • Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to any past purchases, pre-orders, or items on lay-by.

5. Amendments to Terms

  • The BMX Centre reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting and will only apply to purchases made thereafter.

6. Acceptance of Terms

  • By participating in The BMX Centre Black Friday Campaign, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
