Our lay-by service is here to help you secure the products you love with flexible payment options. This is great for Christmas shopping, Birthday, or even special gifts to your BMX Buddy.

Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth lay-by experience.

1. Lay-by Deposit

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of setting up your lay-by. This deposit secures your item and initiates the lay-by agreement.

2. Lay-by Duration

• Lay-bys have a maximum duration of 3 months from the date of the initial deposit. All payments and the final pick-up must be completed within this period.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel your lay-by, please contact us directly. Note that 10% of the total purchase price will be retained as a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
• The remaining balance (minus the 10% fee) will be refunded to you within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation.

4. Final Payments and Pick-up

• The full balance of your lay-by must be paid before the product can be collected. We recommend making regular payments to ensure the balance is cleared by the 3-month deadline.
• If the lay-by period expires without full payment and collection, the lay-by will be canceled, and the 10% cancellation fee will apply.

5. Additional Terms

• Lay-by is available on select products only. Please check eligibility with our team before making a deposit.
• Lay-bys are non-transferable and apply only to the item specified in the original agreement.
