Shipping policy

Pick Up In Store orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is ready for pick up, or a call to say that your order is ready. Some items may be in our offsite warehouse and require a day or two to until ready for pick up from in store. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Standard Shipping items will incur a flat rate shipping fee according to their weight/volume. Our delivery rates start at $14.99, and go up to $29.99 until you reaching a Bulky Item rate.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship nationwide using trusted carriers. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location and period in which your items were purchased. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is on the way. Once the items have been dispatched and in the hands of courier, BMX Centre cannot control or alter the shipment in anyway. By selecting 'Shipping' at checkout, the shipment, it's condition, loss or damage is not under the liability, control or responsibility of BMX Centre, it is solely up to to the customer to track and/or remedy any issues with the courier directly. If damages are present on your item upon delivery, it is the customers responsibility to report and submit evidence (photos and/or video) within 24hrs of the delivery being made to the courier that delivered the shipment. If there are delays this is likely due to the courier and out of our control, please contact them directly to get updates and tracking with your supplied tracking number.

Bulky Items & Completes will incur a flat rate shipping fee according to their weight / volume. Bulky items consist of products such as complete bikes, rims, frames, handle bars, forks, wheels and orders that may have a larger volume of products. 

GT & Mongoose Completes cannot be shipped due to Warranty Policies from the Manufacturer. These bikes can be purchased online and Picked-Up In Store, however the BMX Centre is unable to ship these bikes. If you wish to purchase a GT or Mongoose from the BMX Centre & do need it shipped to you, we ask that you personally organise a bike build with your local bike shop and provide us the details for the shop so that we can ship it directly to the bike shop for them to build & check prior to leaving the store. A Flat Rate Delivery Fee of $85 will be incurred on this purchase as per standard Bike Postage. 

Dispatch time for some items may not be in our shop and may require a day or two to until in store, ready to ship or pick-up. We only live feed from local suppliers and our warehouse, so it may or may not be in our store but will be dispatched within a day or two from ordering in most cases. Please understand that we are a walk in store where you are always welcome to come in. This means our store is not a massive warehouse where you feel awkward to visit. We welcome everyone, just like the bike shops we grew up with. For an estimate of shipping and dispatch times, please feel free to reach out - we want to ship things as fast as possible!

Shipping time frames / Delivery ETA

All our orders are sent out with tracking. Most orders are sent using Australia Post, or Aramex. Orders will usually arrive to within 2-4 business days once ordered. For rural and remote areas, TAS, WA & NT this could be an extra 2-4 business days. If you are ever unsure please check the tracking attached to your order fulfilment email or contact us.

Please understand that we do our very best to dispatch your order as soon as we possibly can. Once it is with our courier provider, we cannot change, speed up the delivery times or redirect as this is out of our control. Once it is with the Courier, the time, the care and handling of the package is completely out of our control and are not liable to damages, delays or otherwise - please contact the courier directly if you wish to discuss these matters further. In the case of delayed shipments or other enquires, we will do our very best to assist you where we can. Shipping costs cannot be refunded once processed and sent with the courier. If you choose to return an item, the original shipping fees will not be reimbursed, & the return shipping will need to be paid for an organised by you with approval from the BMX Centre to ensure eligibility of the return.
